The gîte is accessed via the south façade (park side) in the centre of the château. It occupies the left-hand half of the château.

All the bedrooms overlook the park and the swimming pool! Each is approximately 22 m². They have parquet flooring and are heated by geothermal energy (underfloor heating). The queen-size double bed (160 x 200) is extremely comfortable. Percale cotton bed linen is provided for your stay, and the beds are made up for your arrival! Each bathroom is en suite to the bedroom and is equipped with: a washbasin unit, a spacious shower (90 x 90) and a toilet. We can add two single beds (90 x 200) to two of the bedrooms (please contact the owner).

The dining room/fully equipped kitchen measures approximately 16 m², overlooking the grounds and the Beaujolais hills. It features a beautiful tempered glass table that can seat up to 10 people.

The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped: crockery and essential utensils, a dishwasher, a double induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle…

The living room measures approximately 16 m² and is located upstairs. It overlooks the grounds and the Beaujolais hills.

It can be converted into a family bedroom to accommodate the two additional single beds (if there are more than seven people). The living room then connects to the fourth bedroom on the first floor…

The swimming pool is situated in the middle of the wooded grounds and surrounded by greenery; it measures 5 x 12 metres (unheated). It is surrounded by a wide stone decking area. A charming pagoda provides a spot to relax and enjoy the lovely view of the property (and of the Alps in fine weather!). Outdoor furniture is provided: sun loungers, chairs and a table. This area is private and shared with the owners and other guests staying on the property. The swimming pool is open from 9 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 8 pm. After use, the pool is covered with a safety cover (Prima type) to ensure everyone’s safety.

The grounds cover approximately 6,300 m² of landscaped, grassy and wooded parkland. Some of the trees are over a hundred years old! It is surrounded by vineyards (currently in the process of converting to organic farming). Under the trees, a chicken run allows us to recycle some food waste and collect a few fresh eggs. In one corner of the grounds, the owner keeps a few beehives. Perhaps you’ll be lucky enough to taste their honey? In season, a vegetable garden is tended by and for the owners.
